These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations made with our Fishing Charter service. By booking a trip, you agree to the following terms:
1. Reservations
- All reservations must be made through our official booking form or directly with our office.
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email.
- Full names, contact details, and the number of participants must be provided at the time of booking.
2. Payments & Cancellations
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Details will be provided upon confirmation.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the trip will receive a full refund (if applicable).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip may result in partial or no refund.
- No-shows on the day of the trip are non-refundable.
3. Weather Policy
- Trips may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions at the captain’s discretion.
- If a trip is canceled due to weather, you may reschedule or request a refund of any deposit paid.
4. Safety & Conduct
- All participants must follow the captain’s instructions at all times for safety reasons.
- Life jackets and safety equipment will be provided and must be used as required.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving inappropriately.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or damage caused by negligence of participants.
- All guests participate at their own risk.
6. Catch Policy
- Fishing is subject to local regulations and catch limits.
- Some species may be released at the captain’s discretion for conservation purposes.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
